Logistics Management
Over the past twenty years we have provided full logistical management at this premier global sports awards for up to 1000 guests in a number of locations including London, St Petersburg, Abu Dhabi, Shanghai and Rio de Janeiro. Services included the sourcing and overseeing of specialist local agencies; airport and transport logistics; accommodation management; offices and function room set-up and catering; and guest management using a customised database.

Luxury Goods Training
Sole organisation of a tailor-made customer service workshop in Paris for worldwide executives from this luxury goods brand. Services included sourcing, management and negotiation of hotel and venue facilities; development and implementation of a full hospitality programme; speaker liaison; production of all print material and gifts and overall management of the workshop on-site.
WORLD RUGBY AWARDS
Production Services
We provided agency support to World Rugby to stage this glittering annual ceremony for 600 guests in Monte-Carlo with responsibility for venue management; catering and decoration; branding, lighting, red carpet and media centre production; liaison with show producers, hosts and presenters; transport, hostess and security management.

Guest & Transport Management
Working with various sponsors, promoters and agencies - roles over the years have ranged from player, media and celebrity management and the organisation of pro-ams and gala events to managing pro player ground transportation systems. Tournaments include The Open, PGA Championship, World Match Play, Scottish Open, French Open and Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.
MONTBLANC PRODUCT LAUNCHES
Logistics & Guest Management
Over the years, we have provided logistical and guest management services for luxury product launches and styling lounges travelling with Montblanc all over Europe, Asia and North America. Support has included the sourcing and management of hotels and venues; running VIP transport systems; catering and guest amenities and celebrity, guest and press management.
